Fortenberry Legal PLLC (“firm”), provides information on this site as a courtesy to our users. The information you obtain at this site is for informational purposes only and is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. While our goal is to present accurate information to our users, laws tend to change frequently and factual circumstances present more legal nuances than a brief overview of the law can provide. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that the information provided on this site is accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
No representation is made that the quality of our legal services is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers. You should always consult an attorney for advice regarding your individual situation. You should not act on any of the information presented on this website without obtaining professional advice from legal counsel in the appropriate state.

8. No Attorney-Client Relationship in the Absence of Written Engagement
We invite you to contact us and welcome your calls, letters and electronic mail. However, under no circumstances should any use of this Site or correspondence with our attorneys constitute an attorney-client relationship with our firm unless you enter into a signed written agreement with our firm for such services.
Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship, nor does preliminary conversations to discuss your matter for purposes of evaluating whether either party wishes to enter into an attorney-client relationship. No legal advice will be given by phone, e-mail, or other communication until an attorney-client relationship has been established by written agreement, and you should not rely on any information obtained in such manner or by viewing this site as legal advice.
Please do not send any confidential information to us until such time as an attorney-client relationship has been established by entering into a written agreement with our firm. The attorney-client privilege will not protect any information submitted to our firm, by telephone, e-mail, or otherwise, unless an attorney-client relationship is established by entering into a signed, written agreement with our firm.

Our firm receives multiple inquiries from prospective clients and other members of the public on a frequent basis.
